Ever wanted to see a cow giving birth? Today's the day! A new calf was born on the farm and our luck continues! Essie did a beautiful job delivering her jersey/brown swiss calf.

We are a young ranch family in Western, North Carolina sharing our journey to building up a regenerative dairy. Recently relocated, we moved our family of 5 and both sets of our parents to a 20 acre property to start our dream of becoming more self-sufficient and providing nutritious food to our community.
