How do you calculate the stoichiometric fuel-to-air ratio for a given fuel? In this video, I'll walk through how to balance the stoichiometric global reaction, and then go through an example for n-decane (C10H22), finally solving for the stoichiometric fuel-to-air ratio.

This fuel-to-air ratio will be important for my future videos on jet engine analysis.
