A political candidate in Calaveras County died after suffering a fall while out campaigning over the weekend. Bruce Giudici, a Board of Supervisors candidate for District 5, fell while door-knocking on a steep driveway on Sunday and a homeowner called 911, according to his campaign. He died on Monday.
