From my own gamerip of the game (PS5).
The guitars in this BGM reminded me of Takashi Okamoto's style (one of my top favorite composers) so I thought it might be him. There is no information online not even on the VGMdb page of the OST CD included in the "Delivery Guild Special Delivery Pack" edition of the game (vgmdb.net/album/155959). From the credits of the game, apparently the OST has been outsourced to Early Wing Inc, an "Artist Management Company" (earlywing.co.jp/music.html). So there is still a possibility that it's by Takashi Okamoto hehe. However I didn't recognize his style on the other BGMs from the game. So it could just be a different composer who uses the same guitar VST.
If anyone knows the composer of this track please let me know!
