Hey everyone! I'm excited to bring you something that myself and Alex have been planning for awhile. This is our first episode of "Cake and Race", in which we discuss difference racial issues plaguing countries (we're familiar with) while enjoying some cake. We're curious to see how well it does in the hopes that we can venture into different topics and start a few conversations that are worth having.
Being in a monoculture country is tough for those that are not of that culture or may have a mix. With that being said, this first episode is about Miss World Japan, Priyanka Yoshikawa and her battles with racism in Japan as a mixed raced beauty queen.
