Caillou was playing Thomas & Friends: Island of Sodor on PlayStation 5. However, his head grew due to how severe his brain cancer is. Caillou's friends took him to the hospital, and his diagnosis was very very bad. Everyone (except Pencil Neck) felt devastated for Caillou that this happened!
