This track is unlocked during The Prisoner of Glouphrie quest. It was reworked with the release of Elf City: Quest Area Improvements.
The title is a reference to the unsuccessful 2010 campaign to get a recording of composer John Cage's 4'33" to be the Christmas number 1 single in the UK, which was itself inspired by the success of 2009's campaign for the band Rage Against the Machine.
