EX NOTE: this is the first metal slug after SNK and most, if not all, of the og team disbanded and it uh kind of shows lol. even though the series is made up of a lot of repeating elements (mostly the generic soldiers, sound effects etc etc), this one takes the cake with a whole lot more shared sprite edits. trevor, nadia, the double machine gun and being a monkey is seriously cool
