A fun and unique look at automotive design, via the changes in headlight and turn signal light configurations, in Cadillac DeVilles & El Dorados. With today's cars, not too many notable changes take place-- as cars tend to keep 3 to 5 year patterns of the same thing over "generations". But back in the 60's and 70's especially, changes could take place over the course of just one year!

So we have a look at changes from 1963 through 1980... time stamps below. I end with a summary of my own (very rough) artist renditions just to group the years in similarity.
