I am not 100% certain if the Puppet is a live performance or a soundfont. It think it likely the latter, and if so it was certainly performed by Michaela Nachtigall. I'm still considering getting an otamatone myself and attempting to compose accompaniments for the Crypt of the Necrodancer (not to mention the two Symphony of the Mask tracks).
