In this episode of Holland Built, Jake designs and builds a custom steel coffee table.

Starting in CAD, he walks through the full design process, including a 36 inch round tabletop, a custom sheet metal wrap technique, and a mortise and tenon style joint done in steel. He also breaks down how he uses SendCutSend tube cutting guidelines to select the right profiles, match corner radii and wall thickness, and export the correct file types for both tube cutting and sheet metal parts.

Once the parts arrive, it’s time to weld everything up, dial in the fitment, and bring the whole table to life from start to finish.
