In this tutorial, I show how to reverse‑engineer and model a canister lid step by step, from patching surfaces and stitching solids to adding fillets and a tapered knob handle. After validating the fit with point cloud data, I prepare the model in Creality Slicer, optimize orientation for minimal supports, and manually paint supports where needed. The final print took about 1 hour and 20 minutes, producing a clean, functional lid ready for use.
