Marvelous: Another Treasure Island is a video game for the Super Famicom. It is the first title directed by Eiji Aonuma, and was published and released exclusively in Japan by Nintendo. Two special versions of the game, BS Marvelous: Time Athletic and BS Marvelous: Camp Arnold were released for the Satellaview.
Long ago, the seas were ruled by treasure-seeking pirates, the most famous being the legendary Captain Maverick, who supposedly left behind a great treasure known as "Marvelous", guarded by unsolvable puzzles and bizarre creatures. Countless adventurers have gone looking for "Marvelous", but none have seen it and returned alive. Many years later, a group of twelve-year-old children, consisting of Dion, Max, and Jack, are on a field trip and land on the island, which is rumored to be the location of "Marvelous".
The game was influenced by The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. It is controlled from a top-down viewpoint, and a cursor can be used to search objects on screen. The player controls the three boys, with one leading while the other two follow. A command window will pop up when the player encounters an object or person, and will give them choices on what to do, such as picking up objects, talking, or reading.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond is a 2021 remake of the 2006 Nintendo DS role-playing video game Pokémon Diamond Version. The game is part of the eighth generation of the Pokémon video game series and was developed by ILCA and published by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for the Nintendo Switch. The game was released on 19 November 2021. It was announced as part of the Pokémon 25th Anniversary event, alongside Pokémon Shining Pearl and Pokémon Legends: Arceus. It and Shining Pearl are the first main Pokémon games not to be developed by Game Freak. The game received positive reviews from critics.
Gameplay of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond is similar to the original Diamond Version, comparable to previous remakes such as FireRed and LeafGreen, HeartGold and SoulSilver, or Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The game is presented in a top-down isometric third-person perspective, though with a distinct visual style. As with the original game, Brilliant Diamond is set in the fictional region of Sinnoh, an island based on the Japanese island of Hokkaidō.
The game chronicles the adventures of a new Pokémon trainer who strives to become the Pokémon League Champion by collecting and training Pokémon. After viewing a television report about a media-conducted search for a red Gyarados, which was spotted at a faraway lake, the protagonist and their best friend, Barry, travel together to check the local lake for a Pokémon like it. They spot Professor Rowan, a Pokémon evolution researcher, and his assistant, the playable character not selected in the game. After a short discussion, the professor and his assistant leave the lake, leaving a briefcase behind. When they are attacked by a wild Starly each, the protagonist and their rival decide to examine the briefcase. They are then given a choice of one of three Pokémon found within—the Grass-type Turtwig, the Fire-type Chimchar, or the Water-type Piplup—and proceed to battle the attacking Pokémon. After defeating the Starly, Lucas or Dawn retrieves and returns the briefcase to the professor. Noticing that a bond has been forged between the young protagonist and his or her chosen Pokémon, Rowan offers it to them, asking that they embark on a journey and fill their Pokédex.
