As was mentioned by Luna___, you can get to the spot without speed gear, so you shouldn't ban people because they CAN get killed from it.

I was completely amazed to find that nobody at all realised the secret area in the vents that lets you get to that spot anyway, thus even any "lag" argument is pointless, because it's simple to get to and requires 0 luck.

I'm just surprised that NOBODY mentioned it.

For those of you thinking: WTH? Basically, on the 1st September we have new rules in CA EU that make unintended game bugs that give one person an advantage other the over, a ban. So the task was set to find ones that are and are not a ban. It's proving rather difficult, really.
