The CA legal P320 x5 legion will put lots of carbon and dirt on the red dot when you remove the loaded chamber indicator.

This is not an issue if you use the gun as it was intended. With both eyes open and focusing on the target.

You can completely cover your optic if you have both eyes open as you should with a red dot pistol. .
