Magic Micro Mission was an edutainment TV series for children in the UK, presenting the computer technology of the time. It was produced by Central Independent Television. The six 25-minute episodes were filmed in the summer of 1983 at the ATV Centre studios on Broad Street in central Birmingham, and were broadcast in the Midlands on Wednesday afternoons in November and December 1983. The show was presented by Adrian Hedley, Jo Wheeler and John Barker, and featured a "speaking computer" named Prune, voiced by Hilary Minster.

ALF is not the character from the TV sitcom. This ALF is a true blue (literally) kinda guy.
Using your joystick, lead ALF through the Color Caves. Squoosh him through the squooshy parts, wriggle him through the wriggly parts, zig-zag him through the zig-zaggy parts. But watch out for the Wufflegumps. These pairs of eyes will try to block you. If you bump them, theyll send you back to the start. If you get ALF to the Color Room, he will change colors and do a dance for you. Then you can move him up the tunnel to the beginning to go again with more Wufflegumps.
ALF in the Color Caves teaches children prediction and routing skills and cause-and-effect relationships.

Vortron is a one or two player shoot-em-up where you must protect a core from invading aliens over nine levels. The game play area is one screen and the core sits in the middle of the screen. With your ship(?) you must move around the screen shooting any aliens scrolling down the screen. The core has energy which is slowly decreasing shown by a bar at the top of the screen. You have to shoot a set number of aliens before the energy decreases fully. You can move your ship in all directions but once moving the ship doesnt stop so can easily bounce around out of control. If you touch an alien then you lose one of five lives and if playing a two player game then the next player plays. At the start you can select which level to play on.
