Hey all,

New WR on C04 Race. This is -0.06 on Mime's old WR.
A lot more can be improved here! I think at least 35.3x is possible..
I added some hints to help you guys hunt this. Hopefully I won't have this WR for long!

And no, I did not get the CP bug on the last replay. That was shown just cause it looks cool.
