The Romanian Minor Scale (aka Dorian ♯4, or Ukrainian Dorian) is the fourth mode of the harmonic minor scale. In C, it consists of the notes C, D, E♭, F♯, G, A, B♭, the same notes as a G harmonic minor scale, but rooted on C.
The numeric scale degrees (relative to a major scale) are: 1, 2, ♭3, ♯4, 5, 6, ♭7
