A woman riding her e-bike crashed into a vintage Volkswagen Beetle and became trapped under the car in Philadelphia. Police said the woman was riding at high speeds without a helmet when the crash occurred. Video from a police bodycam showed bystanders who rushed to help him, lifted the car off her. The woman is recovering in the hospital. Police said she could face hundreds of dollars in traffic citations because of the crash. Authorities are working to identify the bystanders so they could be honored at a future city council meeting.
