Description: The conversation between Andy Stanley and Jeff Durbin recently brought up a lot of questions about the Law as to how it applies today. Stanley espouses an idiosyncratic form of complete replacement of God’s law, and, it seems the Old Testament as a whole, with the New Covenant of Christ. Durbin, on the other hand, believes that the Law of Moses is applicable today and is intended for us, but is to be seen in the light of Christ, so that we assume continuity, but with differences.
In this show, I go over some of the statements of these men as they relate to Hebrew Roots arguments and what I think is a good way of approaching the Law as Christians.
