I'm shopping for my next real estate investment property and today we're looking at a QUADPLEX in a low income area that was listed at $280,000 in College Station, Texas. We're running the numbers and seeing how I research an area and figure out the deal as I go through it! Would you ever buy a quad? After buying a duplex, I have a much bigger appreciation for larger units with a higher profit margin!

Also coming back after a year, my estimated numbers are all crazy off! but that's part of the process! If I can learn you can too!
