BUYING A REMOTE COTTAGE - Cost - budget - fees - renovating traditional cottage in Ireland.
After buying our dream home, a remote, traditional stone cottage in Ireland, the biggest question by far has been how much did it cost?
In this weeks video we tell you just that, as well as how we are funding the restoration, what additional fees were involved, exactly what we got for our money and dealing with the banks and exchange rates buying a house in Ireland as a foreigner!
If you've been watching our DIY cottage renovation then you'll know just how much work we've taken on, and how much material we are going to need to buy! We cover our budget for this project, material costs, surveys and some of the problems that have come up along the way. As well as how we are saving a fortune on labour, and plans to do as much reclamation as we can.
