Block 6 of our Butterfly Sanctuary Block of the Month is here: "Glimmer."
We’re introducing the Rosette Chain Stitch and Spanish Knotted Feather Stitch: two decorative embroidery techniques to embellish the wings of your butterflies.

The Rosette Chain stitch is a decorative stitch that creates small rosette or petal-like stitches that work beautifully when sewn around curves, circles, and in a straight line.

The Spanish Knotted Feather Stitch pairs perfectly with the Wonder Needle™ and Eleganza™ perle cotton for that pretty zig-zag line to decorate the wings of your butterflies.
