Gavin York, a struggling wedding videographer, stumbles upon a collection of old video tapes in his basement containing an unfinished student documentary. The footage focuses on a terrifying local urban legend known as "The Flicker Man," a supernatural entity that allegedly manifests every time a person blinks. As Gavin becomes increasingly obsessed with validating the tapes and finding the missing students, his own reality starts to unravel. He soon realizes that by investigating the myth, he may have invited the entity into his own life. This chilling found-footage horror explores the thin line between obsession and madness in a world where seeing is believing.
