Dave gives an outline of how things have been going for Mokuhankan recently. The news is good overall, but he and the organization are facing a difficult transition - how to get him 'out from under' the massive amount of office and management work that he is buried in, and back to his carving bench (and YouTube production!)
He proposes that people who have been enjoying all these videos might consider helping out with this problem, by contributing to a Patreon fund, to help him hire a couple of people to do these necessary jobs at Mokuhankan ...
