Providence helped Genadyne in her journey to become an effective communicator, to be inquisitive, and to want more for herself and those around her. Currently, Genadyne works in higher education to coordinate leadership development and strategic planning at a prominent business school in Ontario. Her passion is to work with people in whatever role she holds to help them realize their full potential.
