Please read: Before saying it sounds nothing alike, turns out Adam Getgood mixed this song and he's an ex Periphery band member. Also this is what i found in the wikipedia page of this song.
The iconic chords of Bury the Light can also be heard in Periphery's Reptile – there is a good chance they were inspired by that song. Reptile features the lyrics "Bury the light, pray through night". Victor Borba (the vocalist for Bury the Light) has made of covers of Reptile and other Periphery songs. Adam "Nolly" Getgood played bass and handled mixing for both songs.
It is not yet confirmed, i did ask Victor Borba and let's see if he will respond.
Also i'm not comparing these songs and which one is better, yes i still prefer Periphery as artists, but i do love both songs and i made this video for fun!
