The original source of this tribal rhythm was a recording of 25 drummers of the Ingoma tribe, Burundi. The recording was included in an album, 'Musique du Burundi', issued by the French Ocora label in 1968. During the early 70s, a British pop musician named *Mike Steiphenson grafted an arrangement for guitars and keyboards onto the original recording from Burundi, and the result was 'Burundi Black', an album that sold more than 125,000 copies and made the British best-seller charts. ~ Source: bbc.co.uk/africabeyond/africaonyourstreet/cdreviews

NOTE: (If I'm not mistaken), this here is the A side of the original 7" release of the Steiphenson arrangement from 1971.

There was also a 12" 'Special Re-mix' made, released in 1981.

However, there was not, to the best of my knowledge, a 10" 'Trench Foot Steppin' Dub Mix' released in 1917 ;-)

The visual is a loop of "Hubble Approaches the Final Frontier: The Dawn of Galaxies". This "zoom" starts in the Fornax constellation and pushes through deeper and narrower telescopic fields to at last reach Hubble's Ultra Deep Field, where astronomers have identified 108 very distant galaxies. The zoom reveals the locations of the 108 galaxies, then it pushes farther into the field, showing a close up of three representative candidates.
