My friend Jade from Montreal flies out to meet me in Canada and we spend a week in Alberta visiting Canmore, Banff, and Calgary.

We saw Lake Louise, hiked to see larch trees changing colors, Moraine Lake and enjoyed the natural hot springs.

Finally we visited many top restaurants in Calgary, tried their famous ginger beef, and visited their famous zoo and museums.
