In order for this to work, you need to be on your A or Burnout License. Preferably the latter or you will need a lot of luck.
Pick a road rage with a minimum target of 14 and see it out.
Once you've amassed the target takedowns, race to the baseball stadium within the time limit and without totalling your car. If you pick something bulky like the Inferno van, you may not make it.
The other cars will enter with you. This won't work if you have nbot hit the target. If they do not all come in at once, circle inside the stadium or the event will end.
Enjoy your trophy/achievement.
