IMPORTANT: After a patch, a delay of 396ms works now (instead of 384ms).
The burning knife has been around since the first closed beta of CS2. It recently got some tracktion on reddit, so I took a closer look on how to reproduce it consistently and came up with this macro. The FPS-limit bind is needed for consistency. The 144 FPS and the 384ms delay are both divisible by 48.

Even though the new joy-configs dont increase your max. speed, they increase the acceleration, which is especially useful for jiggle- or shoulder peeks, AD pistol spam or general ferrari peeks.
