C. Vision Productions invites you to our favorite railroad location, Newcastle, Wyoming. This old coal mining town sits on the east central edge of Wyoming and borders the western slopes of the beautiful Black Hills. It is here that the ex-CB&Q main line from Alliance, Nebraska to Billings, Montana weaves its way through Newcastle. Many scenic spots along this line include long sweeping curves and an original depot that still looks as good today as it did in the steam era.

This line is BNSF's Black Hills Subdivision. It handles numerous coal trains on a daily basis. In this production, C. Vision captures images from 1990 thru 1994 in the Burlington Northern years. SD40-2's, C30-7's and SD60M's take charge of coal trains in the BN era. There are also several LMX B39-8's and B.N. B30-7A's in charge of general freights. These historic trains are combined with SD70MAC's, SD70ACe's, AC4400's and ES44AC's that were captured in 2006 and 2007 in the BNSF years.

Don't miss this show as it captures two different time frames and documents the progression of the BNSF in "Newcastle, Wyoming"!
