A new OMV in a constantly changing world requires a committed, motivated and visionary team. On behalf of all those who help to shape OMV's transformation journey at the Burghausen site on a daily basis, we present the personal ideas of four colleagues - their personal backgrounds, their personal vision for a better world and the priorities and goals they associate with their work at OMV.
Laura Rautenbacher works at OMV in Burghausen as Senior Expert Profitability Engineering. She is fascinated by the topic of the circular economy. Her vision is to be able to recycle waste and make a variety of products from it again and with a clear conscience. In this way, existing resources can be used and we can live the best form of sustainability. For her, this is a very important issue for our society.
Full of enthusiasm, Laura Rautenbacher is part of OMV because at OMV we see the challenges of the future not as hurdles but as opportunities. We join forces as a team to find the necessary solutions for a better world. There is a real spirit of discovery in us. With innovative technologies, we want to provide green energy, heat, products and mobility - not only for us, but also for future generations.
