Several ways on how to bump charge your low voltage cells. If your charger wont allow your cells to be charged due to low voltage this is how you could bumpt them up to voltage again.

NOTE: that cells below 2V have been damaged in one way or another so how safe this is thats something that is up to you to decide!!
