This is a skateboard trick glitch in Bully which makes Jimmy able to grind down handrails. The player must acquire a ball (such as a football/soccer ball seen in the video) and drop it near the handrails outside the school. Then get on the skateboard and ollie onto the rail. Then you can perform the glitch/skateboard trick. This should work on all versions of the game Bully - Bully: Scholarship Edition, Bully: Anniversary Edition, and Canis Canem Edit.
