So apparently Bully has a handling file, I decided to corrupt it.
The reason it's so hard to get animation corruptions in newer games is because a lot of the animation files are stored in compressed or packed files that are hard to modify or extract without screwing up the entire file causing the game to crash every time, I just tend to not do them, but if it is possible I'm always up for it.
