This talk was put together for a presentation at the American Control Conference, where we had to operate in a constraint of 3 minutes (?!?!?!)

Here we show you how we can produce a model for a dynamical system that avoids discretizations that are assumed with the Koopman operator, and thus, we use Liouville operators and a new kernel function, occupation kernels.
