After making three unique homemade pasta doughs in my previous video, it was time to turn them into beautiful, uniform noodles!
Today I'm sharing how I process large batches of homemade pasta using my new pasta sheeter and cutter. While you can absolutely make homemade pasta with simple kitchen tools like a knife, scissors, or pizza cutter, having a dedicated pasta machine makes the process faster, easier, and much more consistent—especially when you're making multiple batches at once.
