To help companies make unbiased hiring decisions, and build a more diverse and inclusive workforce, MeVitae developed a blind recruitment solution that analyzes over 20 parameters in potential candidate resumes. Since migrating its analytics workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), MeVitae now runs a serverless hybrid component, processing some 5,000 resumes each day.
