I'll discuss my personal experience with tutorial hell and the importance of problem-solving skills.
I'll also outline three key steps to help decide on a project idea: 1) Build something useful that solves a pain point, 2) Keep the scope small and focus on a minimum viable product, and 3) Implement full CRUD functionality by leveraging existing APIs.
I'll demonstrate these steps through an application I built that generates YouTube video descriptions.
