In this episode of this series, we finalize our 2025 Honda Civic Type R (FL5) build with a clear vision: a clean, JDM-inspired street setup targeting 500 horsepower.
We focused on keeping the engine bay simple and purposeful while upgrading the car with full bolt-ons and a complete fuel system to support ethanol. With the help of Phearable, we dialed everything in through datalogging on both pump gas and an E50 blend.
The result is a balanced, responsive setup that stays true to JDM roots, clean, functional, and performance-driven.
