Schools using Teacher-Powered models focus on collaborative cultures, shared leadership structures, and sharing power with students, families, and the full educator team. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss pathways for their own institutions to develop Teacher-Powered practices and brainstorm ideas for getting around any obstacles in their journeys.
