In the video, we introduce Qualcomm Profiler: a comprehensive profiling tool used to measure and optimize application scaling. The tool provides comprehensive systems view and enables profiling and identification of performance bottlenecks on multiple targets.

Developers can use its three key features: the ability to execute on or off the target device, APIs for creating custom profiling use cases and an intuitive interface for visualizing profiling information.
