I'm building a scaled animatronic version of GLaDOS (as she looks in Portal 2). For now, I'm going to be building her head and neck mechanism, but she'll be fully articulated as she is in game. Eventually, I'd love to build her full body, but I'll need a bit more space for that kind of build!

This is going to be an ongoing project as she's a complicated robot, but that's the fun of the challenge. As she comes along, I'll be adding as many plausible features as I can, but I'm curious to know what you'd like to see her capable of.
