I got this used motherboard with the graphics card for $60, The CPU is an Intel i7 2600, 20GB DDR3 of RAM, GPU is Radeon RX 550 4GB I also bought a new cheap 256GB SSD for $15 and a new case for $30, I also had an old 1TB HDD and a old PSU with 300W.
This computer case is called MS Fighter V310 and it comes with a FAN.
This motherboard had originally an Intel i5 3rd gen CPU, but I asked the seller if he had an i7 3rd gen he told that he could replace the i5 3rd gen with an Intel i7 second gen for free and he also replaced the thermal paste in the process.
I also added a USB WiFi dongle that costed me only $5.
