A very simple but effective build, this solar spinner was inspired by Lidmotor's recent videos:

The solar wavers are available everywhere it seems, here in the USA they're especially noted for being on sale at Dollar Tree (everything is $1).
The wavers come apart readily. The coil can be tricky but using heat on the plastic underneath the coil makes things easier. Each waver has 1 coil, 1 solar cell, a circuit board and a neo or ceramic magnet... very useful things for the cost.
