In this video I show how to build a 3rd floor attic in Palia using the recently added stairs in Palia patch 0.198.

The stairs I'm using are the Wooden Stairs from the Alchemist Home Line (Patch 0.195) and Estate Stairs from The Estate Home Line (0.198).

I do believe that this is all possible on console, but you'll need to look up a tutorial on doing cancel placement on your respective console.
