❓ What must an admin do before publishing a front-end submitted product?
Before hitting publish, the site administrator must open the pending item and change the WooCommerce product data type to a "JetBooking product" so the calendar functionality activates correctly.
❓ If a customer buys from two different vendors at once, do they have to pay twice?
No. The native integration between JetBooking and WooCommerce allows the customer to check out once with a single cart. The system then automatically creates a main parent order for the admin and individual sub-orders for each vendor.
❓ Can vendors see each other's uploaded images or reservation data?
Not at all. The JetBooking Vendor Role completely isolates the WordPress dashboard and front-end areas. Vendors can only view, edit, or use media files and booking schedules that they personally created.
❓ How do conflicting booking rules resolve if the admin and vendor set different limits?
Vendor settings take local priority. For example, if the admin allows bookings up to two months in advance, but a vendor limits stays to 7 days max, the system will dynamically enforce the vendor's 7-day rule on their specific listings.
