Having just built a shed at home, I noticed right away that it was too hot for my comfort (both myself and my belongings)
I started to look at ways to solve, and was finding grid powered ventilation devices/systems that cost $300-$3000 and none of them were really a good fit for my space.
This gave me a project, my favorite kind!
Take Problem A and Build Solution B - Using nothing but my smarts and cool parts from online.
So today I will show you how I built this solar powered high performance vent system for my LifeTime shed using solar power for about $50.
This would work great even on your own DIY sheds and larger spaces.
Besides the tools and stuff the only main components you need are the fan, a fan controller, and a solar panel.
So here are the parts I used:
7" 12v 80w reversable radiator slim fan

I got the two pack incase I messed up one or wanted a two fan intake/exaust setup.
DC Buck Converter w/ Fixed/Adjustable Voltage

It has a large range of 6-70v input and will allow us to set the solar panels power to a fixed value without using a battery source.
Last a 200w Solar Panel

I am using Eco-Worthy 195w Bi-Facial panels as they are small and light and produce lots of power at a very low cost.

You can use a bigger panel but it would be mostly a waste, and you can use a smaller panel (like 100w) but unless you have near full sun it may not produce enough power to get the fan up to speed.
