In this video I show how I built a dust shoe for my DIY CNC router. With the new spindle dust just went everywhere while routing so I needed some way of dust collection. So I cut the bristles from a broom and cnc cut a MDF connection piece. To glue the bristles in I used some epoxy which is holding extremely well and even after many cuts only a few bristeles have fallen out.
